By engaging EO Interior Design Pte Ltd (UEN: 201605741K) for interior design, renovation or project management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EO Interior Design Pte Ltd.

EO Interior Design Pte Ltd provides residential and commercial interior design, renovation, space planning, 3D visualization and project management services. All services are performed by qualified professionals in accordance with Singapore's building regulations and industry standards.

Clients must provide accurate project information, ensure safe and timely site access, and promptly communicate any changes to requirements. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary approvals (e.g., HDB/BCA renovation permits) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project fees are determined through formal written quotations. Payment milestones are specified in the project contract. Deposits are non-refundable once works have commenced. Any variations to the agreed scope must be confirmed in writing and may incur additional charges.

EO Interior Design Pte Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party contractors, material supply issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
